there are 2 higher speeds available but they want either $24 or $40 to upgrade....
I wonder what would happen if you signed up for the highest speed. And once they forced you to pay for it, despite you questioning them, you pay it.

And then raise a file with Customer care quering the practice, and disputing the fee since the T&C's clearly state highest speed for Plats...

A $24/40 gamble....??
