No, the problem with the early 787's is that they are too heavy. They will burn more fuel than was calculated, hence no airline will want them. I suppose this is part of the risk when building a plane of entirely new materials. You learn on the job so to peak. BA for instance are no taking any 787's before no. 100. Tried and tested if you like.
