Stayed a dozen times there over the past year. Fine overall but it really comes short on many aspects.
On four occasions did housekeeping not follow on requests (change towels, make the pull out bed). Same with maintenance (heat not working, TV not working, safe not closing, window not latching).
The lounge leaves to be desired. It is small and my experience is that at night, food is served once. When it’s out, it’s out. There is only white wine and red wine (sometimes beer) and soft drinks.
I didn’t get my platinum arrival gift twice. I got the 70€ or each time when I asked without having to argue.
Door rooms are cheap. The dead bolt could be knocked out with just a nice pull. At times I’m not sur if towels are indeed towels or sand paper.
The location is great for me however. The office is just 5’ walk and the square down the street has very good restaurants and lots of night life especially on Thursday with all the EU 20-something going out to have fun. I enjoy the place somewhat. I know the folks there now and it sort of feels like home.

Just to give an update on this establisment. After more than 6 months not visiting the establishment, arrived to again at a lobby that was further renovated.

- the restaurant area has been further reduced, it seems that the Schengen bar area has been extended with some lounge area. [not funtional for the Sunday busy breakfast crowd]
- I think Sunday is the worst for breakfast as food + utensils run out fast [was already bad in the last years, but this weekend experience was a low]
- Club lounge has been closed again starting from Friday evening till Sunday evening [used to be open last year when I visited]
- No Acess at all to the club lounge when it is close [used to be accessible even when it was close for soft drinks and the occasional beer]
- Breakfast still provided in the restaurant when Club Lounge is close
- No additional vouchers/% off to the bar when Club Lounge is close in the weekends
- Staff are still friendly
- Roooms are all renovated
- Though there are some cut backs in the number of towels [no face towel - not sure if this is an incident]
- Internet in the room still normal HS wired access
- WiFi still not free around the Club Lounge area

Skiadock: please update the Lounge opening thread if applicable.

Cheers!
