I wish there had been some warning for me. I didn't realize that my AMEX was charged for TripIt Pro until I reviewed my statement this weekend. Now TripIt Pro says the payment is non-refundable.
I called AMEX but they did not have a clue about what to do other than start a billing dispute.
Very frustrating as I am not willing to pay for Pro and want to go back to basic TripIt since I get most of what I want from FlightTrackPro and the Delta app for iP.
