Yes LX give the fast track immigration cards. Sometimes not stamped with airline/date so you may end up with a spare if not asked for it.
If you are not given the Fast Track invitation on board, ask the ground staff meeting the flight... These immigration lines are insanely long these days (unfortunately also Fast Track lines can be long...)
