The last time I flew UX, CLE-ORD, there were a bunch of deadheading FA's and pilots on board. The FA walked down the aisle handing waters to all his fellow employees, but no drink service for the regular pax, at all. Previously never had a problem getting drinks on that route PMCO, or WN.
