I would just like to say right now...

...you will take my EQM out of my cold, dead hands.

UA is already behind Delta in terms of credit card EQM. I'm actually OK with that because DL gives out RIDICULOUS EQM for CC spend.

But if I'm not earning EQM on my CC spend, I will bolt back to DL. I have enough spend to guarantee me Plat and maybe get me Diamond over there, and it's 2012 and they have WiFi on their planes.

Amex also doesn't hit me up for $375 TWICE just because I have a personal and business card. Not like I can use two lounge memberships.


Seriously UA, this is a dealbreaker. Get competitive - don't double-hit me for lounge fees and not give out EQM on top of that. (I'm even cool with the no-1k-by-CC-spend rule.)
