I was having trouble finding it too. Here's what worked for me:
1. On this thread on FT I'm seeing tons of ads for first year free on the Explorer card.
2. Click one of these ads
3. There are tabs at the top, one of which is for the Club card. Click that and it will give you the offer with the first year fee waived.
Tried the above and - worked like a charm! WhoHoo! I'm a mm but never wanted to pay for the club as I don't travel enough any longer. Hard to pass up this deal. I'll probably cancel before the anniversary.
