In LAS there is a Continental/United lounge in the same D terminal that AA uses. Passes easy to find on eBay, you will need one per person. Up to you to determine what that's worth. LAS airport has free wifi throughout the terminal. The lounge would provide free beer, wine, soda, and "normal" liquor, along with a few light snacks (apples, cheese/crackers, etc.).
