Grenada, St Lucia, or Jamaica, particularly because you like to hike. With regard to the latter, Jamaica, don't fall into the usual trap of thinking it is just another mass market destination. It is quite an incredible place particularly for people who don't want a "Bermuda Rose Garden Tea Party" type of destination.
