1. Well liquors and beers are complementary. Premium liquors and beers incur a charge. This goes for every Admirals Club. Only exception to this is when flying intercontinental premium class, where 2 premium drink chits are issued at AC check-in.
2. I've never heard of AA giving any baggage exceptions over the 50lbs./23kgs limit, especially up to 32kgs. If it's within just a few lbs. over, they will often grant an exception to elites, but highly depends on the agent's mood that day.
