Received an offer for AMEX Premium Car Rental Insurance - $24.95 per rental, no matter how many days. My understanding is that we have insurance coverage included but that it may be AFTER my own insurance company pays whatever it pays.

Anyone think this makes sense or is it better just to let AMEX Centurion cover my rentals?
