What if you don't have a driver's license? I have one but don't use it to gain access to the screening area. I use another ID (retired military ID). Next time I fly, I am going to use my VA ID card and see where that gets me.

I am guessing TSA wants to waste more money on a system that will be overpriced and won't work (like the puffers).
