Yesterday and today I was at this location and saw a bright blue "A" rating sign displayed. I took out my iPhone, used the app and it still shows the Starbucks with a "C" rating. The Health Department website is unchanged from the quote above.
This makes me wonder how often both the website and the app are updated since I am betting no one involved would risk the criminal penaties for posting a false rating.
There are two Starbucks stores at 30 Rockefeller. One is an enclosed store in the subway passage under 6th Ave near a Dunkin Donuts, Au Bon Pain, Subway and other chains. As of last week it still had a C in its window (I didn't look when I walked by this morning).
The other is a more open store near the main seating area by the ice rink. I don't know what its rating is.
