I am currently on the telephone to BA Reservations in Brazil. Er, let me rephrase that, I have been on hold to BA Reservations in Brazil now for over 27 minutes according to my telephone.

Now, one has to ask, as I am spending a very large chunk of money, would BA like my business or not?

C'est inadmissible.
