I find that the MIA crews (I'm assuming the FAs were MIA based) are a tough group that take little crap from paxs. Years back I was sitting in the first row of J (really domestic F) on a SJU flight when a woman came to the front of the plane as we were backing off the gate after a two hour delay screaming she wanted off. The FA yelled back in Spanish that if she did not sit down immediately she would go to jail. The woman quickly went back and sat down.
