the hotel whitcomb is listed on the Access site
BUT as I mentioned before , buying on a secret sale unless one can specify a wheelchair accessible room isn't going to help the OP much.
Good call on the CIL though.

By the way, I recently stayed at the historic Hotel Whitcomb on Market St. Vaguely dodgy area but I didn't mind and it is right by the Civic Center BART.
