Had a horrible weekend in regards to diet, but I'm back onto the WW thing today. The weekend included indulging in a Primanti Bros. sandwich to feed a craving I'd been having for months.
Oatmeal for breakfast, a Special K bar and yogurt as a snack, a chicken and rice wrap, sans wrap, for lunch, more yogurt as an afternoon snack, and a small serving of chicken pot pie for dinner.
