BA now charges for each flight flown, based on distance. There are no fuel surcharges for AA flights within the Americas, or for LAN flights worldwide. So just use a tool like the Great Circle Mapper to determine the distance of each flight, and plug that into the Avios redemption chart. Note that AA does not offer nonstop flights from WAS to GCM, MBJ, or CUN (and certainly not to
CAN).

So unless you can find a through-flight (single flight number with intermediate stop) from WAS to those destinations, you will pay more than 10,000 Avios each way.
Of course, certain countries impose high arrival, departure, and/or airport-user fees. Those can vary considerably.
