Well all of the good lounges are international lounges. I can't think of many good domestic lounges anywhere in the ST system.
Of course the domestic lounges do not compare to the international ones. However, the Sky Team lounge in BOS international terminal is wonderful. In the afternoon/evening they usually have a delicious soup, (last week it was lentil), fresh salads, breads, cheeses, a dessert and a very, very nice selection of wines, along with the usual pick of snack items.
