Granted it was 2008, but I gave Mrs. Deac83 and her mother a 5 night award stay there and they were treated great (better than I usually get treated, which seems to happen often). Staff was great, upgraded room as well they couldn't have been happier. Even gave them access to the lounge even though I was not there or on the reservation.

Four years is a long time, but at the same time I went to the Brussels Marriott twice in a year. The first time I was on points and they UG us to the Presidential Suite, the next time I booked an event for my company with 20 rooms booked and they gave me no UG of any kind. I was PP both times so go figure.
