I've booked one night under this offer for next month, and wondered if you were charged the resort fee and/or parking fee, and if you had any problems at all getting the one night credit.
I'm also SPG Gold so wondered if that would help get a room with a nice view and/or if any breakfast is included for Golds.

Based on this I'm expecting to be charged the resort fee but not expecting any issues with the billing side of things - although only time will tell! SPG Gold should potentially help with an upgrade, but free breakfast isn't a Gold benefit so I'm not expecting that.
