I second m0hamed on the site being down too often and emails not being replied to. Other than that I find customer service at the airports and on the flights excellent.

Not sure about the forthcoming changes to the Guest programme re earning points.

hehe... No, I live in Abu Dhabi so it is just a 20min drive to the hotel :-)

I'm also worried about the new changes. Other airlines is going back to 100% earning on all economy flights...
