Surprised at how standards have fallen. IT took them 2 hours to complete the lunch service on the international leg, they forgot to put the cabin lights to dim at landing then switched them off completely during taxi. Priority baggage came late. Morale was low CC turnout shabby, overall service sloppy. The seat controls dodgy . Food and drink excellent though they ran out of lots of things ( didn't affect me personally but I noticed)

Sad how short-lived Jets phase of excellence was.... I'm not going to be flying their mid haul J in a hurry again I'll stay with TG for my trips to India and Acfghanistan...
Jet's domestic J is just atrocious nowadays - what cost-cutting is going on, even with the prices paid on these routes!

You get more value on US domestic F (or J)!
