I would think that spending 15-20 minutes on a single simple booking with a customer for a $250 US fare is not a good use of reservations' agents time.
Not to mention poor use of a premium member's time. Can't you just call up, tell them what you want, and let them call you back? That's what I do, so far with excellent results.
