It's a PROCESS issue that has been raised over and over again, which is the root of the dissatisfaction, including the uncertainty of upgrade until the very last minute, and some technical issues that allow people to jump the queue.
Exactly. My point was that the process of not having R inventory available exactly at T-7 or T-4 has seemingly eliminated the need for a crazy rush to the upgrade site or phone line.
it would be nice to know how upgrades are awarded exactly, but I guess it's a never ending guessing game.
