I really don't see the point of this thread. It's fairly obvious that most SEs will eventually get the upgrade. It's a PROCESS issue that has been raised over and over again, which is the root of the dissatisfaction, including the uncertainty of upgrade until the very last minute, and some technical issues that allow people to jump the queue.
