Effective from Jan.01, 2012, EVA Air will cease the bilateral cooperation of Frequent Flyer Program with Continental Airline (CO). From then on, mileage accrual and award ticket for travel on Continental Airline flights will be suspended. Retro-claim for flight mileage departing on/before Dec.31, 2011 will be accepted if ticket receipts and boarding passes together with membership numbers are provided within 6 months of the date you have flown. Those award tickets issued on/before Dec.31, 2011 will be honored and journey need to be completed within the ticket validity.
The fact CO sold the ticket does not matter, it is the flight operator that matters.
