Many UAers will say stuff one-on-one to someone, but to the media, no way. Are employees even allowed to talk with the media on record/on camera?

Remember the venue is the local SF news, where PMUA has a hub. If PMUA customers are accustomed to faster service, this is relevant to the local population given PMUA's market share at SFO.
UA employees are not allowed to speak to the press or media without the full consent of UA Corporate. All press and media are referred to UA Corporate media relations.
