Hi everyone,

So I have enough miles with Egypt Air to book a reward ticket with them according to their website, but that's all their website says. They have a miles calculator, but give absolutely no information as to how I can actually book the ticket. I remember about 2 years ago I tried to do this and the NY office said I would say to send a fax request to Cairo, etc., it was too much work and I forgot about it. but since the miles will expire soon, I would like to capitalize on them. Has anyone in the US ever successfully redeemed Egypt Air miles?
