We will be visiting July 8-12, our day trip to Oslo will be the 12th, any festivals then? I would truly LOVE to have a cultural experience like that.
We plan on having one nice, expensive meal while there.
My fiance wanted to rent a car for a Helsingborg trip, our gas here is about $3.60 per gallon, very expensive. However, I do agree on the public transportation and it is my preference to use that, but he is hardheaded.
I'm just not sure if the US has any cards with the PIN. I guess we could check around.
As for the fjords, we have watched several videos on YouTube and we would like to check those out, and also the Viking Museum, we are big Norse Mythology fans. It is still a few months away so we still have time to get our affairs in order but me being the planner I am, I want everything done now.

Another question, are people in Sweden/Norway, big on religions? Where I live, 'the bible-belt', you are shunned for certain things. Any tips on that?
