I was a little concerned a couple of years ago when booking here on points after all of the mixed reviews... but I have to say my stay was nothing but great. I found the hotel staff friendly, the location great, service from the concierge excellent, and the view from the roof amazing. I didn't find the breakfast especially great (my kid did) but it really didn't matter that much as the whole experience was excellent... was free BTW as a Platinum. I got a reasonable room/no suite. All in all an excellent stay and I highly recommend this place.

I've also tried the Excelsior, which was also very nice... I like this area.
