The good MR deals don't come around very often (they may be one day only deals), but they are worth your time when they do.
P.S. Your plan sounds fine to me. Two personal cards each is a good start, and if they want more later, she will let you know. If she turns out to be as crazy as us Flyertalk folks, you will find that out eventually.
yes well I admit I know little about MR. Long story but there had been Amex issues in my world and while all is well, and I have 4 CCs with them, I did miss out on that recent one for 75k on sign up after a $10k spend. Oh well, it will come back I hope.
I did do well with C1 last year and so I guess I got that instead lol
