So, let's say you deposited 50K in two phases for AA miles. And registered for DL promotion. You get both AA and DL with the same money for a fact.
If you cycled the 100K upto 200K before registering for Apple, and register for the Apple promotion, does the 200K that you already funded count towards the Apple giftcard? Or does the funding need to occur after Apple registration?
