I would recommend making a screenshot of the page with a 24-hours cool-down period conditions. SU is known for swiftly re-designing their web-pages which have requirements which they are not comfortable about.

It doesn't matter whether they pull that from their website or not - it is new US regulation that became active earlier this year that requires all tickets to be fully cancellable within 24h window
