Quite agree. As I remarked about my flight out, the EY F product has the potential to be top notch however it is poorly executed and fails to deliver.

I know I was shocked when they placed such a large glass in front of me. I still drank it all though.

Yes the lounge is quite nice and two breakfasts I ate there were very good. I believe in the EY website it does say that you may have to share the snooze room with another passenger. They only have 3 of them in the lounge complex.
