I've stayed at the Grand Flora twice, both times on points. First time (with DH) I had gold status and second time (with DS) platinum. It's a great location in an amazing city!

We were very happy with the hotel and staff. They were helpful, professional and always very polite. We loved the breakfast, both the food and lovely view. My teenage son (very big appetite) loved the breakfast and found plenty of choices. It was great to have a hearty breakfast to fill him up before a day of sightseeing.

On the first trip I didn't request an upgrade but they gave us a very large room with a king bed and twin bed. Second trip I requested a junior suite so my son & I would have some privacy from each other. They confirmed us into a junior suite before we even left the US, I was able to see it on Marriott.com. We had a wait before the room was ready, but they were very nice about it.

I've traveled extensively in Europe and realize accommodations are different than what we expect in the US. That's what I love about Europe!
