As a follow up to my experience this evening, I did get my upgrade. When I got to the gate, I noted I was first on the upgrade list of 11 people, with 2 having cleared.

11 is a lot for DFW to LAX. We all boarded and there was an empty F seat. Just before departure, the GA came aboard and pulled someone out of 4A to move up one row to 2B on our CRJ7. I couldnt see his card, but he sure looked 1K to me if someone can "look" 1K.

With 11 on the list I am certain there were some 1ks not getting their upgrade on that flight, in this case the squeaky wheel, me, got the grease, by calling in and spending the 45 minutes on the phone with the agent.

Have to see how it goes Tuesday, with a 757 to SFO and almost completely empty F cabin right now.
