I've lost 5 RPU's doing this crap and thinking that I would be higher on the ug list as a result of applying CR-1's 11 months in advance. Will I ever receive even one of them back due to their "KNOWN ISSUES"? Call back and ask 9 more supervisors and you'll get 9 different b.s. stories!!!
