My mom (Million Miler) and sister are currently on vacation in Israel. They lost their exit seats on the change over weekend, and no amount of calling, working with the travel agency, etc got them back.
My mom even got a note from a doctor saying she needed the legroom (medication she's taking) and no luck.
The outbound is lost, but they are returning on April 4. Anything I can do to help from here?

Not sure. It was gone on the seat map. I called the 1K line and the woman that answered fixed it.
