June 2 is my mother's 75th birthday. We will be in London post Trafalgar British Isles coach tour as part of the Diamond Jubilee weekend festivities.

What would be a suitable venue for her "birthday" high tea? Not into the tourist experience but real high tea, similar to her graduation at the top of her nursing school class high tea at Hong Kong's Governor Mansion 55 years ago.
