Hi all, disaster has just struck, i think
Made a change to a booking which required the ticket to be re-issued. I forgot to check up on it until now, and when i did i found they havent re-issued the ticket.
ICC closed just 3 minutes ago so im not getting through to them.
Flight is tomorrow morning at 7am, so ICC wont be open by then.
Any suggestions? Help?
This sounds problematic to me, there will be no ICC to speak to at that time in the morning. Even then they would take time to sort out matters.
I had a similar situation while overseas and the check in counter staff wanted ME to phone the ICC - time differences made this impossible, it was not a happy situation.
