I believe TrueBlue is not trying to use the MM2H program, which is really geared to retirees or semi-retirees. Instead, he's trying to qualify for a visa or (temporary) residency on basis of employment, which is a different category entirely. So your presentation of MM2H here is nice, but sounds like not really relevant to his situation.
