It's a premium seat due to the leg room provided as this is an exit door. There is no power port as your AVOD screen is in the armrest. I personnaly do not like these seats as there is so much space in front of you that people will congregate there during the flight while they wait to use the restroom which is just in front of you. If you are lookig to sleep, I don't think this is the best seat. If you are looking for legroom then go for it. For a power port, you could always ask the person behind you if yo can plug in to their seat.
