Once again, I am literally looking at the offer right now, as I type!!! My son got a targeted offer in the mail earlier this month. 60K total; 50K after first use. For the Biz Explorer card. My other son got the 75K personal offer last week, which no one else has seen either. I don't know why they're getting them, but they are. We'll leave the 75K offer, but he'll apply for the Biz offer for sure.
