I would say 15 minutes to be safe. I have made the walk from A24 to the security checkpoint at Terminal C to get to the parking garage. While this is a bit further not by much, and I believe that I walk quickly. Also, do not depend on the moving walkways being in operation. It always seems that the last flight from CTL parks at this gate and I am always in the C garage.
