This thread is here for your convienence, if you want me to attend please post your invitation here, I can check my schedule and if you will provide an email I will respond via email. I wouldn't want anyone to be devastated by a public refusal to attend by me. If this catches on I have a copy right pending on invitation threads and will set up a RPU to patrol these boards for anyone not paying the proper fees for use of the "invitation thread concept".
