Booked ITC Maratha for one night 4/18. I went in an did an upgrade request, and got this messages:
"The name on your reservation and the SPG account to which you're currently signed in do not match. Please sign in to the same SPG account you used to make your reservation."
No idea what to do, as I booked the res under my account. I even tried creating a new reservation again. Anyone else ever see this error?
