Thing is that the problem seems to still be going on in the US I called DL in the US twice both agents said no seats on the flight. Then called SIN and it was wide open. This is pretty shady.
I beg to differ, as the competency of the agents in Asia is consistently higher than those in the US in my books. (No offense NWA/Deltaflygirl)
I hope you guys write in to DL to give them some props or some JWD codes
