We are so frustrated with BA. We have more than 800,000 miles, but we cannot book anything, anywhere we want to go, ever. Oh, and if we do manage to find a flight or hotel, there are gigantic fees/charges that we have to pay to use our miles. ...!

Are others having similar problems? Has anyone figured out how to get from say SFO to Cape Town? We even tried calling them and talking to them live, but no dice!
